Special event night! Charlotte Running Company will be in attendance with some shoe demos for us to try out so get there early! More details to follow on what shoes they will bring.

We will continue with the new routes as well with there being 3, 4 (new) and 5 mile routes we started on August 9th. Bring a friend or two and water bottle to fill from the cooler.
