First Course Options:
Salmon Gravlax- cured salmon, sourdough crostini, cream cheese spread
Asian Salad- mustard greens, pecans, pickled onions, sesame seeds
Second Course Options:
Mushroom Soup- roasted mushrooms, puffed rice
Pork Belly Skewer-teriyaki glaze, crispy onions
Third Course Options:
Smoked Jerk Chicken- wweet potato purée, Caribbean slaw
PorkLoin Steak- demi glace, loaded baked potato
