Enter our Guilty Party Sour Series…what started out as limited test brews (1bbl) on a pilot system has grown into multiple small batch (3-5bbl) brews we’re releasing almost monthly.

Gose style ale brewed with sea salt, coriander, and prickly pear cactus fruit from our friends at Wild Hope Farm. Tasting notes of strawberry and watermelon.

Berliner Weisse style ale fermented on blueberries and lemon juice. Fruity, tart, and refreshing.

Guilty Party Cantaloupe Sour
Kettle soured ale brewed with barley and wheat. Fermented on 80lbs of fresh cantaloupe from our friends at Wild Hope Farm. Light, tart, and fruity.

Kettle soured wheat beer brewed with coriander and pink salt. Fermented on a whole mess of South Carolina watermelon for a tart, refreshing Summer beer.

Brewed with barley, wheat, coriander, and sea salt. Soured with house cultures and fermented with a touch of strawberry and lemon juice/zest.

Gose style ale brewed with prickly pear cactus fruit from Wild Hope Farms. Pleasant tartness with hints of watermelon and strawberries.

Gose style ale brewed with pink Himalayan salt, coriander, lime juice, and cucumbers from our good friends at Wild Hope Farm.

Kettle soured wheat ale brewed with coriander, sea salt, lemon zest/juice, and a touch of ginger. Fermented on 80 lbs of pears.

Kettle sour brewed with blood orange, 2 row malts, and wheat malts. It has blood orange aroma and flavor with a tart finish.

Kettle sour brewed with pilsen and wheat malts, and a dusting of black malt for color. Strawberry aroma and flavor with a tart finish.
