Well, no time like a pandemic to open a restaurant. As we get ready to celebrate the holidays and look forward to 2021, we are going to take a Winter Break. You may have heard that we will be closing LRB Cantina from December 21 to mid-January. We are taking this time to recharge, and we will reopen with an exciting evolution of LRB Cantina.
Our plan is to expand into a locally sourced authentic food experience, with tastes of the South, Latin America, South America, Spain, and Mexico. This is our Winter break group project.
What you can expect going forward is local sourcing as much as possible (more on that later), a wider range of offerings, a bar menu, brunch on the weekends, a smidge fewer tacos, more craft cocktails in addition to our fresh squeezed margaritas, and of course more LRB beer!
We’re excited to dive deeper into what our region has to offer, and share the passion and history of our local farms as we explore new menu additions and seasonal specials from our creative kitchen team (you’ll be meeting them soon). If you’ve been to one of our Farm to Brew beer dinners at LRB Brewpub, you know where this is headed.
We look forward to sharing this adventure with you, and we hope you’ll join us.
Happy Holidays!
Chad and the LRB Cantina Crew
