Now Hiring: Front of House/Back of House Management
This dynamic position will supervise all areas of Restaurant/Brewpub, and work closely with marketing, events, and production staff. They will report to the Director of Operations. They will also work closely with the Executive Chef. Success in this position will be founded in the attention to the overall guest experience.
Management will ensure smooth operations by ensuring that the restaurant/brewpub is appropriately staffed, and that all team members have everything they need to successfully and efficiently complete their tasks. Management will create a comfortable environment for guests, and assess and address any issues that affect guest experience. The goal is for the entire team to ensure that guests have a positive experience during their visit.
The ideal candidate has a passion for craft beer and food, is extremely organized and detail oriented, and is responsible as well as hard working. Position will be full-time with required hours on nights and weekends.
Additional Qualities and Responsibilities

Open Availability – early morning and late nights, 35-45 hours per week
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, owners, guests, and community partners
Hands on approach to hiring, training, and developing team members
Ability to schedule staff efficiently and maintain profitability using accounting metrics
Leads, supports, and works well with a team while exuding positivity
Adaptable, flexible and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment for guests
Seek out knowledge without direction
Stay up to date on Market and Industry trends and opportunities
Creation and execution of SOPs for fulfilling and maintaining inventory
Desired Minimum Qualifications

Previous brewery or craft beer experience a plus
Hospitality experience is a plus
Retail and purchasing experience – both back and front of house
Knowledge & Skills

Advanced computer literacy – Excel, Word, Outlook, Square, POS, etc.
Event planning and execution experience
Schedule Management
Knowledge of craft brewing industry and a desire to learn more
