On Saturday, February 11th we are releasing Volume 3 in our Barrel Aged Series: Barrel Aged Malice Maple Bacon Russian Imperial Stout.

13 months ago Kevin put our Malice Maple Bacon Russian Imperial Stout in bourbon barrels and aged it to perfection. Maple aroma and a subtle hint of smoky bacon are surrounded by rich bourbon oak notes to create this smooth and satisfying barrel aged stout. Take a look at this preview by Shot by Ashley and Scott:

Bottles are $20, tax included and we’ll start selling them at 11am. No advance ticketing. Come on back in the brewery and meet the brewing team and then grab a bite to eat in the brewpub. In addition to our tap list with over 22 LRB beers, we will have both the original and the BA Malice Maple Bacon Russian Imperial Stout on tap for you to enjoy.
