It’s 2015!

Resolutions? Nah, we don’t have resolutions. We have plans. Look-here’s Chad holding our approved plans next to our Brewmaster Mike!

So many exciting plans happening! Once we get the brewery system together and hooked up, we will give everything a thorough professional cleaning (perhaps with steam distilled water, if need be) before we begin trying out the system. Meanwhile, the lab-our most vital part of the brewery-has been framed and walls are going up. The lab is like our quality control chambers where we will test every batch, in stages, to ensure we are bringing you the finest quality Legal Remedy brews.

Next to the brew system we will also be installing a canning line which will run the entire length of the back end of the brewery. Have you ever seen one of these things in action? Well, you will. Just think…tours.

Our other crafty people have been working on label designs, tap handles and general merchandise – ya know, the fun brand stuff. We also have a team of designers cultivating the best experience for our taproom and restaurant. With many years of market research between us and before us, in the form of creating surveys with the help of specialist software from somewhere like Qualtrics (https://www.qualtrics.com/core-xm/survey-software/), we are confident that our collaborative vision will be the perfect complement to our beer, as well as the future of our business. Using such software not only gives you information about how your product is being perceived but also helps you plan and project your services better. It may also provide the Range optimisation that you can use to make your product more inclusive.

But what you really want to know is when you can visit, right? you want to know when we will be in full production and/or when the taproom will be open. Well, just like crafting beer, sometimes plans may require additional “boiling” time or may surprise us and outperform earlier than expected. Our timeline is still a little rough. But be glad you’re a subscriber – you’ll be one of the first to know!

We continue to brew in limited quantities on our smaller system and anticipate some involvement in local events. Keep an eye on the tap list at some of our favorite places including McHales on Main in Rock Hill, Casual Water in Tega Cay and Grapevine in Fort Mill. Check in on Untappd! We’ll toast ya!

All of us here at Legal Remedy Brewing Co. thank you for your support and wish you the happiest 2015!

Cheers!
